Afs off button doesn't appear on dashboard

Default Afs off button doesn't appear on dashboard
Hi everyone. I recently purchased a 2008 LS 600. I was playing with all the button and realized the when I press the afs off button it doesn't appear on the dashboard. When I am driving at night the lights do not move either. Can someone please help me out?

No body knows what is wrong? Maybe it is the fuse where can I find it? In the manual it shows the fuse in more then one place.

Maybe that bulb burned out. Does the AFS work normally?

No the the whole system does not work also the parking system is not working
