Centric premium rotors, what pads? I have those rotors with Centric posi quiet ceramic pads and I have very little dust and no squealing anywhere.
I have the same Centric ppremium rotors and posi-quiet ceramic brake pads. Although the braking is awesome and linear, I have noticed a lot of black brake dust. All four of my wheels are pretty dirty after detailing the car just two weeks ago. I thought the ceramics were supposed to produce tan brake dust so that it's less noticeable. I definitely recall the brake dust being beige color initially but after a few months it has been steadily black brake dust.
Here’s a question. How long are you going between washes? Mine gets washed at least once a week. If you’re washing every 2 weeks then I think you’d have a lot of brake dust with any pads.

I haven' washed it since the last detail two weeks ago. At the one week mark it still looked very clean with little dust on the car. The car is definitely due for a wash at this point but I've been trying to figure how to best go about it. I just started learning about detailing and stopped going through the local automated car washes. I think I'll just gently wash it with some ONR Wash & Wax, although rain is in the forecast tomorrow and this weekend. I still am curious how/why the color of the brake dust started as beige and is now black. Has that been the case for you?
Here's my LF after 250 miles of commuting, I washed it after 'brake-in' (bedding), 70% of my 60 mi/RT commute is freeway...usually pretty empty on two days (Saturday/Sunday)...and yep, 80's Mercedes-level of dust.
Ain't care, worth it for the feel of the Yellowstuff pads. Depending on how long they last, I may change to Redstuff next time around. If I get 50K miles out of the fronts, I'll go Yellow again, however.
Yes, EBC Yellowstuffs are dusty. No more dusty than a 1980s-era Mercedes, so I'm good with it. This is from clean to 250 miles in four days.
The difference in feel/power is more than worth it.
