Haven't been able to get on to the system for a couple of weeks now. Keeps saying "system unavailable", "locked out", won't send password reset or anything. Is it just my deodorant???

I just logged in and checked my car's service history. The site is working fine.

Clear your cache, delete cookies, and even try a different browser ..... Happened to me a while back and eventually got back on just fine...

 

Found the problem - IBM trusted security app Rapport (came from Equifax to cover their collective butts after the recent security breach). Why it casued all those wierd errors is anybody's guess but its wiped now!
