Just a side note, i just got the 30k service done, and so far, the car seems much more responsive (probably just me). No stalling or loss of power after the engine oil change (synthetic)... yet.

If you plan on keeping the car for a while, I would change transmission fluid. It's already 6 years old. There is no such thing as 'lifelong' fluid. If it is AWD, I would change transfer case gear oil as well......

Oh, I forgot the most important part:

"Bend over and pay the man!"

Here's what the Factory "Required" 60k Maintenance on a 2011 LS460L would include at the dealer:
  • Replace Synthetic Engine Oil & Filter
  • Tire Rotation (Same Size Tires Only)
  • Comprehensive Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection
  • Replace Engine Air Filter
  • Replace Cabin Air Filter
  • Brake Fluid Service
  • Replace Smart Key Battery
  • Replace Spark Plugs
  • Measure Thickness of Brake Pads & Runout Rotors
  • Inspect Brake Pads, Shims and Rotors
  • Fill Fluids To Proper Levels As Needed
  • Reset Maintenance Reminder Light (If Applicable)
  • Inspect Drivers Floor Mat
But as others have said, a transmission fluid change would be a good addition to this as well as transfer case fluid if you have the AWD version.

Ah, for got about the plug change - my '07 was 120,000 miles but they changed that mid-model year. Well, that doubles the price!

Yep!
You're more than welcome to skip changing the spark plugs until up to 120k though. If the car still has warranty coverage, change the plugs so they can't be used against you.
