Keep an eye on craigslist! I was lucky enough to find two brand new OEM front black mats on CL for 5 bucks each! I'll use my old ones during winter and keep the new ones in the trunk for spring/summer.

The Lexus premium mats are really nice, too bad they don't sell them with the upgrade hook and twist locking system isn the 13-17 or I would buy them for sure.

I purchased the premium as well on ebay. They are very thick and have used them all winter. They are grey so hide dirt much better then the black that were in the car. I take my shoes off when I have long drives and they do feel nice on the feet. I use them year round but here in NC only get snow once or twice a year and everything closes down so I do not have the snow on feet issues that one has in the north.

Up here in Connecticut we get the salty mess all winter. I am also in the construction trade so I use a rubber type mat all year round. Ive been using 3D Maxpider Kagu floor mats for a few years now. The fit is amazing and they hold up fairly well. I never liked how the weathertech mats looked in luxury sedans. They arent as classy and just seem like a better fit for a truck or suv. I dont have any pictures from in my car but here is a stock photo. Ive had several compliments on how they look in my car. Id suggest checking them out.

The reason I use the stock mats is that, when I brought my LS in for regular service, they replaced the mats with brand new ones for free (without my even asking for this). Yay, Lexus. Benz never did that for me. It's the little things that count.

Well - nice as they are, what if I set up a GoFundMe to rangle up a herd of Vicuna - we'll make bespoke mats of the highest quality..what say you?

Them be nice...but I still like my idea of bespoke Vicuna mats - maybe we can do a subscription model . new set every three months maybe.

Right now there is a great deal on Amazon for

3D MAXpider Complete Set Custom Fit Floor Mat for Select Lexus LS460L Models - Classic Carpet (Black)

This is the carpet top and not rubberized top like the other MAXpider mats posted before.
As per the reviews it is jet black and not how it appears gray/black in the pictures. I actually am happy that is is jet black for my black on black car.
Price is only $60.31. This price is good for black color only. Other two colors, tan and gray, are still $150+.
I ordered mine. Grab them while the deal lasts. It is for the LS460L only not for regular Ls460. (Of course the front ones will be exact fit but back ones won't be for LS460)
