Default Backrest of passenger seat shacking

My passenger seat is shacking/vibrating at certain speed on highway especially the backrest and headrest pieces and that creates a real annoying sound. Is there any way to fix that?

Most likely rear wheel balance, if you're not feeling it through the steering wheel. That would be the first thing to try.
