How could I test if its electrical and not a strut that's the problem. Take off the caps from the struts and put my multi-meter to put?

my too when I hooked up the fakestream dampers were all on 17 and it's BUMPY AF
How do you change this with Fakestream?
Any ideas?
It won't let me turn on the "Comfort mode" or sport mode either...strange...
These are the readings I got when I did it. Any help from Anyone would be greatly appreciated
