cars.com has bunch of G90s w/very low mileage from about $55K to $60K. So I don't think there is anything suspicious about this one. What this all means? Not sure. Here is another at just under $56K in NJ:

I'm just posting this because I had a twinge of buyer's remorse about the '14 LS460 AWD w/8050 miles I bought for just over $50K a few months ago simply because of the G90 enthusiasm I was reading.
I got some advice that the G90, even new at $73,000, was a great deal; the equivalent of an LS460L for $15,000 less. Perhaps maybe even a better car. But they seem to be dropping like a rock in price, and I would have felt some pangs if I spent over $70K on one to see it drop by $10k-$18K with barely a few miles on it.
I observed this with the Equus, where I see some with less than than 5000 miles in the mid to high $30-thousands. (Some with just a few hundred miles or even less.)
Happily, my LS460 has zero defects so far and drives like a dream. A look through the cars.com ads for the LS from '13-'17 seems to indicate that they still hold their value well at all reasonable mileage ranges.

This was posted on bogleheads about a Hyundai Genesis (NOT a Genesis G80/G90). But still I think it deserves posting, FWIW. I think I'll stick with Lexus...
My best friend bought a 2016 Genesis new last year after he and his wife had their second kid. He sang its praises to me for months, and I took a couple rides in it and was generally impressed.
About six months in, the four of them were driving on a highway in a rainstorm and without warning, the car's electronics shut down. Everything went out, no headlights/taillights/turn signals, no speedometer, no lane assist, no radio, nothing -- moving 60 mph in the rain, suddenly blind. They managed to pull over, but nothing would turn back on, so they had to be towed. My friend is a pretty unflappable guy, but it had him shaken.
Hyundai's official explanation was a "software malfunction." The dealership mechanic in an unofficial conversation said this was not the first time he had seen a Genesis do this. (Obviously anecdotal, so take it FWIW.)

Yes any car brand has glitches, but not every car brand has 1.4 million recalls due to possible engine failures
" metal shavings may have been left in the engine after machining causing oil blockages " LOL
Another recall directly from the Korean government affecting the Genesis
Not to mention the tranny issues, and day to day glitches and failures of this or that
But hey, it sort of looks like a Lexus, has 4 wheels , 4 doors and is $20 grand cheaper ... must be a bargain

Seriously? Toyota has had multiple huge recalls over the last few years. The LS460 was recalled early on for serious engine valve problems, the LS430 was recalled for transmission issues that required replacement of the transmission. The ES350 had a very serious high pressure oil hose recall, failure of which resulted in a catastrophic engine failure. They were never able to get the transmission shifting right on the generation 4 ES, I know I had one.
Is a Genesis likely to be as well made and durable as a Lexus overall? I think it's too early to say that with any confidence. But $20,000 is $20,000 lol. Hardly a trivial amount of money.

I used to be amazed at the wife's 2006 ES when we first met, but after having owned a 2006 LS there is no comparison. The ES is cramped, slow, and not nearly as luxurious. The ES does have way better ventilated cooling seats though. The LS 430 just blows away the ES 330. I didn't realize the divide was so wide, it is a huge chasm separating the quality between the two cars. The 430 is a magnificent car and I still feel the 430 seats and headlights are better than the 460. I do give the ES interior credit for still looking fresh by today's standards, whereas the 430 wood makes it look very dated. I still enjoy the light bird's eye maple on the wife's ES.
The G90 definitely has me intrigued. I don't quite care for the rear styling of it but the G90 has presence on the road and is not easy to ignore as it usually catches my eye when I'm on the road, the few that I see. After a few unexpected trips to the dealership for our 460 already, I kind of wish Lexus would drop off an LS loaner for me like Hyundai offers. I used to despise Hyundai but there is definitely a positive trend for their cars in many automotive publications and all of it can't just be due to attractive styling. Time will tell if the bargain price is truly a good value.

Not 1 chance in sweet hell. I worked for both companies, in design, made many a drawing for both, have a patent with both. And spent many long days in and at the plant for both. The mindset difference alone is remarkable. The finished products are miles apart. Your Sedona may be fine, but the 2 companies are decades apart in mindset and execution. But heck, what do I know?
