Looks like a face mask from a Power Ranger action figure........ Seriously, maybe you picked up this piece off the road and it fell out when changing the oil, I don't think this is a part from your LS.

Thanks. I've scoured the garage looking for a possible source but nothing obvious. Glad to hear no one has seen this thing before.. If it came from a car the LS was the only one that has been in the garage.
