Default lowest offset??

Searched but didn't get the answer I'm looking for our ls. The wheel and tire thread is good but not everyone knew their offset.

I'd want to go with the lowest offset as possible with front trim removed and shaved rear.

Stock air with data system. Unsure of which setting as I'll decide after rims are on.

I'll be running
22x9 front probably just 245/30
22x10.5 rear 285/25

I understand the possibility of rubbing the fender lining if I'm too low or run super wide tires.

I know other people are wondering too! I'd hate to just run a high, safe offset..

Greatly appreciated

I'd say 20mm up front. And just FYI, the 245 size is not the recommended tire for load rating for our cars. 255 is ideal..plus the 245 will appear stretched, but you may like the way it looks.

Hey thanks for the info man!

My thinking was that I could possibly geta little extra clearance by running 245 opposed to 255. Even if it's by 1-5mm. I had 245 on my 9"wide work rims on my g35 and didn't look stretched at all! But I'm a noob still so maybe ill just take take your advice and run 255. Possibly.

Any idea on offset for the rear?

Thanks!

Oh my bad, totally ignored your comment about load rating. Do stocks come with 255? My car came with concept one 20s running 245 up front 8.5" puny.

K just checked door jam and 235 was stock size on 18s.

I may just run 255s.

I'd run 245/30 on the 9" front. You can go +17mm to +20mm. Tire will be straight up with the wheel lip and not stretched, give or take a little depending on brand and model of tire. Some tires "run wider or narrower" and also depending on the sidewall design (rounded or more square-ish)
Rears I'd run 265/30 on the 10.5". You can probably go around +28mm with shaved rears, maybe a little lower. Tire will be a little stretched but nothing major. The 265 size and slight stretch will give a little more room.

In my prior setup w/ 22" wheels, I had 22x9" front, +20mm offset and 245/30 tire. Rear 22x10.5", +30mm rear, 265/30 tire. Front fender trim removed and rears shaved down to 1/8" remaining. Suspension was aftermarket coilovers and then aftermarket air suspension. Car was daily driven at the time with this setup

ya I failed to mention that I know certain brands will have a "fatter" sidewall compared to others. stretched looks cool but not for me, even though I know it would only be a mild stretched with a 265.

just found out that MRR cant go lower than 25mm.. you get any hook ups with shops? lol got a excellent quote from chance customs today for MRR HR3. my friends and gf don't like them lol. they kinda growing on me. especially since I don't want to spend 4k+ for the rims I really want..
