Drivers door won't unlock

Approach car and grab the handle, car beeps like 5 times trying to unlock the drivers side door. All other doors unlock.

If I go to passengers side and press the unlock button a couple times it opens. Seems slow to open. Greased lock assembly at door. Not sure if it helps.

Anyone ever run across this?

Yes..have you recently had your door panels off or anything? For me, it happened on my old 600. A tinter didn't put the door panel on right and the mechanism got bunched up which caused the same 5 beep. Door panel removed and lock mechanism freed..problem solved. There could be a few scenarios. Bad lock could be culprit also

Seems to be better after putting some white lithium in there. Haven't done anything to the door so I know that didnt come off.

I was surprised it tried to open it 5 times. Didn't know the car was so persistant.

Update: Got the car back from the shop with Lexus OEM driver door actuator and soft close mechanisms, used passenger mirror from eBay, approximately $300, and rebuilt Levinson power amp. The door mechanism and power amp failed during the first attempt to replace the passenger mirror with an aftermarket mirror from Rock Auto. Expensive, but everything works again. For good measure I had the battery replaced as well.
