Default Lexus Chrome Wheels

So, after about a month of LOVING my 2012 White/Black 460, I was sitting at a light the other day when an identical car pulled up next to me with chrome wheels. They were the same ten spoke Lexus wheels as mine, but in chrome finish. I think the dealer sells these on an exchange basis. They looked REALLY nice and since Christmas is coming, I was wondering if anyone had experience with this type of chromed wheels. Do they peel or go bad in some way? I don't mind dropping the money, just don't want to make a mistake.

Thanks, Mike

I too have the same wheels sitting my garage. They are called Teleios wheels with black chrome finish and it's good looking wheel if only it was a 19".

Chrome wheels enhances any vehicle. I have the nine spokes chrome wheels on my LS and no peelings or issues. I don't use any chrome cleaning chemicals on my wheels just mild soap and warm water.

You may want to get with the good folks at OEM RIMs, Inc (oemrimscompany@aol.com) - Phone 714-940-1761 (Anaheim, CA) to see if they have a set already chrome plated to sell you - if your wheels are popular, they may even trade, of course, you paying the difference and shipping cost. They can also chromate yours. Good luck.
