That's a FANTASTIC price. Best I could muster was a small shop that did it for 100. Did an awesome job too.

Thanks, and this place did a great job also. I'm probably going to install them today, So I'll post some pictures when completed.

One question, do you recall specifically were you attached the ground wire? And were both driver and passenger grounds attached to the same bolt?

Thanks again.

I don't recall where specifically I grounded. But any existing bolt will suffice. You can connect both grounds together no problem. I will say that if you connect the ground closer to the mirror, that it'll be one less wire to fish through the car.

I installed the passenger side mirror, but I have not connected the wires yet. Is there a certain spot to aim for in order to get the wire over the transmission well to the steering column section? Also, it seems like my wire may not be long enough because I installed the black connecter in the mirror assay.

Thanks

You can get the wire through the furthest back of the firewall, just poke through with your metal hanger.

I had a ton of wire from the passenger side, but just do a mock and run the wire to your driver side footwell and see if it reaches. If not you can splice the wire from the driver side assembly

I don't know why I didn't think to check the length of each cable before I started the install. It appears that one wire may be longer than the other, but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm if one wire is longer?

Thanks

Yes one set of wires is longer. You can lengthen the wires.

Thanks. I think I'm going to do the wires over (which means start over from scratch), but it wasn't that bad. Plus it felt like I was rushing myself since I started the install so late in the day.

That's what I'd do. Just make sure everything works before you put everything back together!

I'm stuck on trying to get the passenger wire over the transmission. Is the spot near the foot well light wire? Thanks in advance.

Ok, I finally got it. I had to put the hanger from the driver side and pull the wire from the passenger side!

Same year as mine, so wiring should be identical. Do you have a test light? All you need to do is check the wires until they emit the necessary flashes, etc. The wire colors will be the same as the ones I mentioned. I believe that the colors are universal throughout the Lexus lines.
