Hey to each his own, I support you whatever mods you want to do no matter if I agree or not it's your car and its all good my friend.
I like red calipers on sports cars, not so much on the LS. I think it will look a lot better once you put the caliper stickers on, without it is just looks like too much red. To me any colored caliper except black without the sticker looks like it is missing something. Post pics after you put the stickers on.
I'll be putting the stickers on in the next day or so when I replace my warped rotors. That said, caliper paint is cheap, so if I don't like it, I'll try black.

Again, I appreciate the honesty! And apparently the wheels don't get much love either!?

Tough crowd here on the Lexus forum! LOL

I've thought about painting my calipers midnight blue, I would of course need to upgrade my rims.

Thanks for putting this. My LS460 is in gold, so I am thinking of spray painting, radioactive green like this on Panamara. link or gold.

I was thinking gold would look nice too. I have the F sport so they came painted black already.

Weighing in since I need to get my post-count up.....being an "older guy" (time flies!!!!), I simply prefer the stock look of my setup - dark chrome OEM rims without any bright calipers begging for attention. A big plus - ZERO effort or $$ spent when leaving things alone.

I look at an LS that's lowered, got aftermarket wheels and a bodykit, obnoxiously bright headlights, etc. and cringe. Just my $.02, I'm not picking on anyone for having different tastes or modifying their vehicles in very pronounced ways. I've always preferred subtle over bold, just my personality.

Cheers!

I don't care for the wheels and certainly don't understand lowering the wheels. However, I have been thinking of wrapping the car with this:

I want it to be in gold diamond sparkling wrap. They have the white diamond.

I just ordered stickers to do my rear wheels. They are already black. Now the brakes will match the front. I just need them to arrive and a can of clear coat.

The clear coat makes all the difference.
