Default LS suspension changable.

Looking for a 2010 - 2011 CPO LS 460.
The sport model seems to be hard to find especially with low mileage. And not sure I like the seats. Also not too sure I would like the Brembo brakes with the reports on excessive brake dust and extra maintenance cost. But I think I could switch out the brake pads for a good ceramic type if I needed to. Would it just be the pads.
But not sure if I could be better off with the base model. I would just like a little more sport or European ride.
I know a few companies make coilovers. Would this make a difference the ride. I know it's not going to make it a sport model. But could I get half way there with a base model.
Not looking to raise or lower the car.
Just a side note. Back in the 90's I had one of the first LS. Not much available at the time. So ended up with new springs made for a bullet proof LS and then a adjustable shock from koni.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions

I am in the same boat. Like you said, it is quite hard to find 2010 or 2011 CPO with low mileage.
I would like to find out if the sport model is worth it or not.

If you are not planning on changing the height then you could opt for a set of Tanabe springs. If you do think that you would like to add a set of wheels in the future or would like to have the ability to adjust the height and damping of the spring and shocks then coilovers would be a better option. Some mid level brands are Megan racing, K-sport, BC Racing, Fortune Auto.
I cannot advise exactly how the ride of a LS460 equipped with spring/coilovers compares to the sport model LS460 but I think that the ride would definatly be stiffer but not necessarly a worse ride.
