The seat heater on the back of my drivers seat works for about 15 minutes and then stops heating while the seat bottom cushion continues to heat. I took it to my dealer and he said I need a new seat cover because the heating element is overheating causing it to cut off. He said he would have to call Lexus to see if it is covered under the CPO warranty. My salesman told me when I bought the car that the Lexus CPO warranty covers everything except wear items like brakes, tires and oil. Shouldn't my seat heater be covered? My outside rear view mirrors are loose and move while I am driving and he wasn't sure if they were covered or not. Shouldn't they be covered as well?
