Default high pitch sound with heat on

I went to go start my LS460... put the heat on, its fine.. when I turn the heat up on high I get this annoying high pitched sound. It has to do with the heat system because when I turn it off it goes away...
I'm scared to keep the car running...

Any idea, guess I know where I'm going tomorrow

An obvious question, but by chance has someone adjusted the vents partially closed so that the air whistles thru it when the blower is on high?

I took a video with my iphone of what I mean. After I stopped the video I turned the heat off and then turned it back on and the noise went away

Thanks for the great video/sound. Today's technology is awesome. My guess is that it is a bearing in the A/C system blower. It might not be a problem after the Spring Thaw. What was the temperature where your car was when you made the recording?

I had a similar occurrence one time when a leaf found it's way into an air plenum.
It would change when the fan speed was changed.
Finally fished the leaf out and everything was normal.

I also had a similar occurrence on a non-Lexus vehicle and immediately concluded my heating/cooling system was seriously ill. Then I discovered that the front passenger window was ever so slightly down and the cooling system was drawing air in through the window and making a very high pitched whistling sound. Therefore, you might want to ensure that all of your windows have been fully raised.

My issue was leaves that made it down past my cabin filter. .my hvac fan when on high would make a squeal noise and once that stuff was removed it was super quiet
