Default Brown Premium

Premium mats are worth the price. No wear after almost a year.

Yes, I got the brown ones too, my interior looks just likeTee's - the brown matched perfectly with the dash and door brown trim. They do show light colored dirt, junk, etc, and need frequent vacuuming, but don't have that permanently-grubby look of the parchment.

I've seen Tee's setup and it makes a huge difference. I love it.

Default I Went With the Brown

I went with the brown, the cashmere mats were worn thin with the constant cleaning. We also have an ES350 with a cashmere interior and it came with brown floor mats. I thought it looked fine since it went with the dash and trim and they will be much easier to keep clean.

Brown is the way to go here, IMO

I went with the brown. I really like the contrast with the cashmere.

Is there still a club Lexus discount at Sewell on the mats? Anyone know how much the premium ones cost?

Yes, the Club Lexus discount still applies at Sewell. If they have the premium mats on their website, they'll have a price for them there. Log in and add them to your cart to see what the discounted price is.

How does this work and why Sewell? I just bought a 2014 LS460 L AWD from park place Lexus because they had the AWD I wanted which are very scarce in Texas without ordering one. What does the discount apply to ? I wonder if I am locked into my dealer without said discount.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure how it worked. For those that don't know when you create your account at Sewell parts .com one of the entires allows you to enter the fact that your a member of club Lexus and you enter your username. It's able to verify with your email address and it then automatically gives you the club Lexus discount. No coupon code required. You are not locked into park place to buy parts and accessories just because you bought your car there.

The premium mats in brown for the Ls460 were $268 online price. The club Lexus price was 193 plus tax and shipping. Thanks Sewell and club Lexus.

I just bought my first Lexus, a spinal red with cashmere interior. 2008 Ls460 Very happy with it so far but switching the cashmere mats for brown ones like the others have above.

If I elect to have service performed at sewell instead of park place, if I register will I get a discount on parts used during servicing my car? What ball park percent are the discounts?

That brown is slick! Wish I'd known that back when I owned the 430 with tan interior! Great contrast!!!

@Johnhw2,
The discount varies part to part. There is no set percentage or anything as far as I know. Sewell Lexus is a Club Lexus sponsor, hence the discount. The discount is only good on parts as far as I know. However, I think that you are stuck paying shipping when you order parts from them. I don't think that you can pick them up in person (since you are local to them), but I would call them and make sure. The bottom line is shop around and see what you find.

Side note: Carson Toyota out of Carson, California also sells Genuine Toyota/Lexus/Scion parts. Again it doesn't hurt to shop around. Their parts site is:
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214915

Side note: Lots of members here say that Sewell is excellent (perhaps even the gold standard) when it comes to customer service and professionalism of the staff. I can't say anything about them for sure (or Park Place for that matter), as I don't have personal experience with them (I'm about 4 hours from Dallas area), but that is what has been the consensus with members here. So feel free to get in touch with them or stop by if you have any questions regarding the Club Lexus discount, and I am sure they would be more than happy to help.

The brown looks nice, I'll definitely consider it...I can't stand how tough my cashmere's are to keep clean.
