Door hinge is tight on my 2008 LS 600HL. Is it easy to remove the hinge?

Today, I received the hinges from sewell lexus dallas.
One hinge was easy to operate but the other hinge was a bit tight. Is this normal?
It does move but it take a bit of effort to move the lower hinge.
Upper hinge seems to move easier than the lower hinge.
since there is a heavy and large door attached to it, am I to assume that the tight hinge would also work fine, because of the leverage due to the length of the door?
I don't know how loose or tight the hinge movement should be. And its hard to describe the tightness..
