anyone have a problem with the controller raising one side of the car up way high and the other side super low?

It's done it to me a time or two, and it rides all bumpy like a low-rider when it done it. I just stop the car, put it in park (no brakes), go to normal select, wait a bit. Then drive it on normal select. Seems to fix it. I haven't had this problem in a while.

I'm just going back to level 3 all around and call it a day...then put it on NORMAL SELECT when I'll be at 60mph sustained for at least 30 mins or more...let the computer do the highway lowering as designed

I went back and reran the whole thing. This 2nd time I drove the car through a bumpy parking lot, in order to make sure the suspension was fully settled. And I always parked in the same spot, and let it roll to the level spot every time. And it would only roll a couple feet and stop by itself, in Neutral. Then I would get out and measure. The below numbers are distances away from Normal Select.
  • HEIGHT HIGH: +0.820 inches / (previous +0.797 inches)
  • Normal Select: 0 inches
  • Level 1: -0..547 inches / (previous -0.391 inches)
  • Level 2: -0.750 inches / (previous -0.977 inches)
  • Level 3: -1.711 inches / (previous -1.516 inches)
  • Level 4: -1.641 inches / (previous -1.641 inches)
  • Level 5: -3.281 inches / (previous -3.000 inches)
I would like to adjust Level 2 to be as close to -0.8 inches drop as possible, so that from Level 2, I can go into HEIGHT HIGH mode and the car will be riding at the Normal Select height. No getting into the glove box.

Okay, so just pulled the trigger on an ASC680 that a guy had running in his 09 460L. Hoping to have no problems hooking it up in my 10. Worst case scenario I can flip it and make a few bucks since I scooped it for $400 shipped

I'm having troubles out of mine these days. If I run it on any setting, the Air Suspension problem message shows up and eventually it jacks up at least one side of the rear end and then runs those shocks extremely firm. I don't know if it's due to trying to run the previous gen wire harness, but it's getting on my nerves.

Is your controller mounted or loose in glove box. I had those issues until I mounted it to where nothing moves. That wire harness is super sensitive. Even my old harness was like that.

Time for a meet-up with the group. I would like to see how your system is attached. I work for a Japanese company now. I'm getting one of my liaisons to figure out how to customize the height adjustments incrementally (if possible). Will come back in here on that, if I make any progress.

Got her installed as soon as I got home, this is at 6 front 3 rear. 27.5" at that setting, 28.5" with HEIGHT HIGH enabled. It's perfect! Just need some spacers front (15mm) and rear (20mm) to complete the look until I decide on a set of wheels.

Super happy at the moment

EDIT: Had to raise the front to 5 as it settled a bit and was at 27". Back to level all the way around.

2010 L AWD: I notice my car has the CV axle vibration during deceleration when lowered. The lower I go, the more noticeable it gets. Anyone else have this issue? Can someone link me to the TSB for this problem?

My car got so bad over the weekend, nothing would make it drive level. The rear was jacked up and firm. Rode like, well you know the word. Even the AFS system shut down. That is related somehow. And I was in midtown Atlanta.

So, I disconnected the ASC, cranked the car, lots of lights on the dash. Shut the car off, connected the ASC. Cranked it back up, and it has been flawless ever since. It was like a reset. And now I can put it on any level and it seems happy to comply.

Point being: Disconnect the controller, and reconnect. I'm not certain that the car *should* be cranked and then shut off with it disconnected ... but that's what I did. Give it a try.
