I used to own an 01 ultra and it had cooled seats that worked great. now I am considering a late model ls and would like to know if they are more effective than the lame ones I had in my IS 350. also what are 2008-9 ls awd going for at the auctions?

I've never sat in an IS350 before and used their cooled seats option, but I actually tried using my cooled seats this weekend (think it was actually 90* this weekend in CA) and actually thought it was more effective than I anticipated.

If you do a search on LS cooled seats, there are a few informative posts on this matter..it's not A/C seats..but air flows through them to reduce heat, but in no way are these true a/c seats like cadillacs have..

 

They work great if you're wearing a thong.

 

they work okay just moving air out of your back and ****!! and keep the boyz cool.

 

farting with the cooler on, fail.
