My right rear is the same way and it does not rub on the fender but I believe it is just behind the tire where the gray soundproofing material is..and it only rubs on hard angles with speed or with people in the back going over 50 or so..weird

So quick update..I took my new 22 CV1s on a 700 mile round trip to Memphis and I have to say I am honestly pleased with the ride comfort! We all know that 22s will ride a little stiffer than the 18" stocks, no doubt about it..but, I can't really tell a major difference between my 20s I had and these 22s..the LS has an amazing suspension, even with the Tanabe's I have, the car performed wonderful and some of the road sections aren't the best. I think wheel construction is a big factor in overall performance and works hand in hand with the tire and suspension to create a great experience. As I mentioned, the wheels balanced up with little weight needed and there was no vibration other than normal road feel. Extremely happy with this setup!! And all the folks commenting on the car at the gas station always makes ya feel rather "BAWSE"
