Thanks.

I ain't moving. Not enuff largemouth bass in MASS. And no Atlanta Braves. By the way ...... Many thanks for "taking the record" up there is MASS, so we in Atlanta did not have to wear the melt-down Crown. 'Jes wanted you to know we down here DO appreciate your participation. LOL !

Thks on Hennessy. Your comments are what I had previously heard. So y'all at least helped me find and choose a Servicing dealer - Hennessy Lexus.

Many thanks and Best Wishes to all.

Yes, thanks Rominl, I'm sure they'll make it right (they really don't have a leg to stand on based on all the great info I got here).

Mikey, we fired the manager and told the GM not to let the door hit him in the *** on the way out to the Cubs. And you're welcome!

This splash screen (AKA lawyer screen) is what replaces the 'I Agree' screen, it last for 3 secs then the map shows up.

Getting rid of the 'I Agree' was the best part of the update, I hated it in thte 430 and that hatred carried over to the 460.

Nospinzone looks like the dealer is going to do the right thing & that is great def get the 11.1 ver.

Should the dealer upgrade the nav to the latest version when you buy a CPO car?

If they were honorable people they should but I don't think this is a CPO requirement. If I had thought of it, I would have included the update in my negotiations for my CPO. I just didn't know.

i wouldn't use the word "should". that's more like a courtesy or something they do to sweeten the deal. they aren't obligated to do that at all

The two major Lexus dealers in the Atlanta metro area are Hennessy and Nalley (two locations - Smyrna and Roswell). I've used Nalley Smyrna for all my Lexus service (3 cars now) and they're really pretty good. Can't comment on Hennessy as I've never used them.

I've used both Nalley Roswell (which is closest to my house) and Nalley Smyrna. I drive further away to Nalley Smyrna because I've found their service to be excellent. I've never been to Hennessy, so don't have any experience with them.
