Default Nav and Radio usage while driving.

This is the seventh Lexus I've owned (my latest is a 2008 Lexus LS460 swb and honestly blows away every one previously), and have usually been able to figure out ways to do a by-pass to use the Nav and radio while driving. Has anybody found a kit or way to "jump" the harness, to allow usage for using navigation and radio settings while car is in motion. I'm putting in a Remote start and Smart-Start with tracking capabilities next week and would like to add radio by-pass by then.

there is information about adding a switch to temporarily disable the car's speed input into the head unit (or something like that) but i'm thinking most people will buy prestigious society's nav override setup, which is plug and play. if i'm not mistaken, what they're selling is a data systems controller, which you can find on yahoo japan auctions all day long for about half of what prestigious wants.
