I have.. something... installed in my car. It activates by long-pressing 'track up' button on the steering wheel. It have 2-3 modes which are cycled with that long press.
In mode 1 i have tv tuner (some chinky one) pic output to screen (also when moving), BUT i have no dvd unblock and nav stops routing.
In mode 2 i have car as stock.
In mode 3 (my fav!) i have DVD unblocked AND nav routing/working.
I DO NOT know what is the unit installed in my car (bought it with that installed). I have NO manuals. But IT WORKS!!!! I watch dvd on the go AND enjoy satnav. Most of the times 'mode' selection survives car off/on!
Any ideas? I thought it _might_ be PS, but i cant find a manual to compare the behavior. Yes, i googled. Nothing.
Oh, and my car have auto-parking. Have read that 'no unblock solution works with auto-parking cars yet', and got an email from VAIS saying exactly that.

Hi all
Just figured out that the ML system will not play blu ray but a regular dvd played beautifully.
Will look into the work around after a bit. Not sure if I will be using this much or not, but nice to know it has the feature.
