My parking brake is stuck on after doing front brakes. Had it towed to dealership, they said the parking brake module was cooked because it got wet. I found a used one on ebay. Plugged it in and nothing. Car still won't move. I tried the manual paper clip thing nothing!! All my lights on the dash were blinking was/is that normal? I hate to spend a fortune on something simple. Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise I'll be eating Ramen noodles for weeks to come lol.
is there a fuse that runs the parking brake module. Notice the dealership had my hood popped and fuse panel was loose.

There is a tool in your trunk that fits in a slot in the spare tire area that you can release the parking brake manually with.
