im so happy now. my front leather seat had an imprint of my black leather pany belt. it looked wful. but they got the approval to use their dye guy and he did an awesome job today. i cant tell at all by looking at the leather that it was dyed. now i have to be careful not to let it happen again. sucks i have to not enjoy the seat 100%. ill have to figure out a way to protect it.

i still feel it was a combo of the seat heater elements that cause the belt to absorb into the leather that quickly.

Congrats. Hey, I'm heading down to N miami lexus here this weekend from north broward to do a chrome wheel exchange. They had the best offer/deal. I spoke with David in Service who is giving me a loaner and i will pick up the wheels on Monday
