Currently we have a 2007 Lexus LS460 that is coming off a 36 month lease. For the next car we are going with a 2010 LS460, but an L this time. We have been using the same salesman for the past few years and he has already ordered the car and it will be in sometime this week. The total MSRP of the car we have coming in is 75,945.00. I do not see the LS460L listed on the edmunds website so I cant find the invoice price.

I'm looking to get the car for a 36 month lease with 12k miles per year. What should the sale price of the car be? And what should I be looking to pay per month for this car?

I purchased a 2010 LS460 SWB with an MSRP of $73K for $65,500, which was $1,200 over invoice. My lease came out to $903/month plus tax with nothing down other than first month's rent and registration fees. I did have to put nine security deposits down to get the money factor from .0022 to .00158 so that I could get the rate down this low, but for me it was worth it since it equated to about an 8% return on my deposit. I get 12,000 miles per year for 3 years, .25/mile excess mileage.

I know I saw the LWB models on Edmunds when I did my research. They should be there, or try Kelley Blue Book (www.kbb.com).

Most of the dealers I spoke to wanted much more for the car. I only found one dealer (Longo Lexus in Elmonte, CA) that was willing to give me this deal.
