Default XM Radio - Problem with reauthorization

I have a 2007 LS460 with XM radio factory installed. I seldom use it but attempted to do so Saturday and all I got was the preview channel. Between yesterday and this AM I have called XM radio for 5 reauthorizations. I've waited up to an hour for the reauthorization(s) to take effect to no avail. The radio itself seems to be working normally and I'm receiving the preview channel ok. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any advice?

I have had XM on LS models for 4 or 5 years and never experienced a problem. Have you tried to select other channels on the XM? I believe channel one is the default and possibly if the radio is activiated you can select other channels? Good Luck.

It took me a call to a real person to get mine reactivated.
I tried 5 times on the automated system and it never worked.

Thanks for trying to help. I've tried everything, automated reauthorizations, customer service reps, online reauthorizations, different channels, etc. Nothing works. Seems strange because the preview channel comes in loud & clear indicating no problem with reception. I guess I'll have to take it to the dealer to see if there is a hardware problem. Don't know what else to do.
