ABSOLUTELY!!!

I never use the useless nav on my LS460 anymore. I always use the Garmin, then I can do what "I" want, when I want.

I can also take it into the restaurant or motel and quickly program whatever I want on it's own internal battery. Or work out a routing on the laptop and download it to the GPS without having to sit in the car and try to plod through all the non-intuitive programming with the key on while running the battery down.

I just leave the screen set to Audio to see what artist is doing the tunes on XM.
