Default Paint Chipping on Wheels

Does anyone have an issue with the paint on your wheels chipping off in places (I have the standard SWB lexus wheels). Attached are some pictures.

They look like "normal" nicks from curbs, stones, etc. My 2004 had a few when I traded it in last month.

What I'd like to know is what's the touchup paint code for that silver wheel color?

I'll go and ask an automotive coatings store next week, and see what they say.
