We are going to order a few and get these instructions translated. ( I personally hate to buy something, open the box, and cant read a damn word of the instructions).

The wood trim above the glove box is just held in with clips, when pulling it off make sure you pull it straight off, not angled otherwise the clips will break. Onece you have that off you will unclip the bottom panel underneath the glove box and it just lays on the carpet as there is a light wire ziptied on to it. You will also want to pull off the leather panel that runs along side the passenger seat. This just pulls right off. Then there is a small panel about 3 inchec long which will also unclip, located to the left of the airbag. Drop the airbag by loosening the 4 bolts, which i believe are 10mm. Let the airbag lay on the carpet, but do not unplug it!! Once you have done this there are 3 screws on the top side of the glove box and i believe another 2 below as well as 2 more bolts, i think ( sorry i am writing this off memory) once the glove box is off you will see the ECU and you unplug the 3 plugs and attach the harness to it and the ECU. Then run the wire from that to where you want the controller. I know this was all kinda vague, but maybe one weekend i will take apart the pass side of my car and take pics. The install was relatively easy, i know its an expensive car and i did not want to do it at first but i started poking around and installed it in about 1.5 hours.
I hope this helps, let me know when you do get it and i will be more than happy to help you out.
