Default New Tire Recommendations

My wife believes her LS460 rides too rough with the Dunlaps and, after driving it awile, I agree. I am going to switch to Michelins on the oem rims. Has anyone done this and have recommendations on which Michelins to use?

I had Michelin Energy MXV 4 or plus 4 on my LS 430. I also have the Dunlop's on my 460 and they do ride rough. Someone said there is a service bulletin about tires for the LS 460. Before you go out and buy new tires, check with your dealer. I haven't spoken with my dealer about the tires yet. I'm waiting for the TSB on wind noise first and also the transmission. You can't go wrong with Michelin's in my opinion. Check tirerack.com for the size you need. People rate their tires on the site as well. I've heard the Bridgeston's are noisey that came on some of the LS 460's, so I'm not sure which tire will be included in the TSB...

Also check your tire pressure. My dealer had mine set at 45 PSI. I lowered them to 35 PSI and they don't ride as rough...
