Need Your Spark Plug Recommendations
Hello all!
2007 460 here with 136,000 miles, my service notes show plugs last changed around 60,000 by the dealer.
So my mechanic has agreed to do the install but I would like to order the plugs and bring them to him.
What exact specification plugs, what maker, and from whom should I order?

I think it's unanimous.
I ran my OEM plugs to 121,000 miles and they still looked good, replaced with the same.

I went with the OEM plugs at 60K and cannot say I noticed any difference. Now that the LS is out of emission warranty I will leave them in at least until they have a 100K on them. I am currently at 90K on the clock which is 30K on the new plugs so I have a while to go.

My plugs were installed at 61K miles and I changed them at 157K, so they had 96K on them. I did notice a difference in mine after the change mostly in a smoother idle and crisper acceleration. MPG did not change in a noticeable way.

I just checked your profile and see you have a 2011 LS. In that case I believe the recommended mileage for change is 60,000. The 2007 models had a combination port and direct fuel injection, but I believe starting in 2008 the engines were strictly direct injection. As a result Lexus changed the mileage for plug changes.

Where do ya'all buy your Denso/Toyota plugs? Local dealer pricing is high! I spotted this on RockAuto but this seems TOO cheap to be real. They show s Denso plugs (Iridium and Iridium Long Life) and both are close to 50% less than anywhere else.
