Can I watch a DVD while driving?

Is there some way to bypass the control preventing me from watching DVDs while driving? I want my passanger to be able to view a movie.

If your having issues with blue tooth not sounding loud enough we use this function to access the blue tooth features. Push the blue/tel button, the button all the way on the bottom and you can access the volume of calls outgoing and incoming, we set the first one to 1 and the second to 3 cant remember what the names are since I can do it by touch and memory.

Welcome to ClubLexus! At this time, no one has yet discovered how to engage an override for the motion lockouts on the LS 460, and even then it's not necessarily the case that the video will show outside of Park.

However, for other Lexus models an aftermarket procedure cuts an internal wire which feed the motion lockout info to the NAVI/screen. That might be the only way, at your own risk, to do that.
