With the official pricing scheduled to be released on 9/15 (four days from now), is it possible that nobody in this forum has received inside information on what the prices will be, beyond the vague estimates floating around the internet? I would hate to think that all of us in the forum will be finding out about pricing the same day as the general public.

I heard it was starting at $68,xxx with navigation now on a "base" car (no more non navigation cars). There's 2 packages within each model and the 600hL is coming out in April '07. Does that help you at all?

 

I have an LS430 on lease that ends at the end of this month. It has the ultra luxury package, so my real interest is in finding out what the LWB model with a comparable package would cost. If the price is more than I'm interested in paying, I would just buy out the lease. I guess I will have to wait two more days to figure out what I'm doing.

The buyout is only $35K, so the LS460 is going to have to really impress me if we are talking about spending double (or more) the money.

 

I also have a Ls430/ ultra package 2006 last week it has been exactly a year that i got the car. I know it's way too early for me to trade this one for the 460 however if the price is reasonable on the 460L based on what it's got then i may just take the loss on my trade in & jump on the new one.
