Attached are pictures and I need help taking off and cleaning the rain sensor because Lexus fixed it before but now it doesn't work and I want to take it off and clean it myself to see if that fixes it.

 

If it makes a difference I couldn't stand the automatic wipers. I simply disconnected the harness to the sensor and the wipers now operate like normal wipers.
