My 2011 LS 460 is in service at a south Atlanta dealership. Power steering went out. I just received a call from the service writer who said that the ESC was bad and that Lexus does not make the replacement part.

And that was the solution I asked if we found a part on EBay if they could use it and they said they would t accept the liability of a used part.

I also understand that the part needs to be programmed after installed and only Lexus dealers are authorized to do the programming.

does anyone have a suggestion?

This doesn’t seem like excellent quality and service expected by a Lexus owner
