Default Gear Shifting

I purchased a Lexus a couple of months ago, and it currently has 175,000 miles on it. I’ve noticed that the gears seem to be slipping, and there’s a noticeable push when starting in first, second, and third gears. Is it worth getting a fluid change? Would a flush be recommended? I spoke with a mechanic who specialises in Japanese vehicles, and he mentioned that he doesn’t perform flushes. He won't be changing the filter either. Additionally, the previous owner did not change the transmission fluid. It mostly happens at a cold start. There aren't any codes or a check engine light.

Model: Lexus LS 460L 2010.
Mileage: 175K

Too bad you weren't able to take it for a day or so before you bought it, some of those high mileage L's were commercial or corporate cars and can get really expensive to own. I would try to get rid of it.
