My passenger front door window, lock, mirror or door close is working. I’ve tried the black box inside the panel, I’ve tried another smaller box located in the trunk. Anyone have a suggestion?

When you say you tried the black box inside the panel do you mean you took the door panel off? Have you had any work done on the car recently?

Do both your key fob and the door switches not work for the locks ?

It responds to nothing. The key, the driver door controls, the mirror. Nothing. I can manually lock the door and it will unlock if I approach with the fob

Is soft close working on the other doors because that may be a separate problem and just to rule it out is the window lock button pushed down on the master switch?

Just the driver door isn’t responding having the issue. The locks and everything work everywhere else. The driver door master switch is not locked

Yes! I misspoke! Definitely the passenger door. Everything is fine on the driver side
