It's possible the computer is giving you incorrect readings. Fill your tank, take a long highway drive and refill tank. Do the math. Low RPM in the highest gear will give best mpg. If air filters are dirty, changing them will give better mpg. If plugs are over 100k they may also make a difference. You could also have dirty injectors and a few other issues that all add up. Your catalytic converter could be partially clogged. Too many possibilities that can't be resolved on a forum. Get it to a shop and have a diagnostic run on it. Pay the money and maybe get answers based on data, not opinions on a forum.
