On a 2010 LS460, are you able to see individual tire pressures in the cars data display?
Also, do they have Remote start, or do you have to pay for some subscription like Hyundai?

Yes, but you will need to know in what order pressure sensor were assigned to know which tire pressure reading corresponds to which tire.

Remote start is only available as aftermarket.

Yes, it does shows tire pressures in all 5 tires. OEM remote start is no longer available on any Toyota/Lexus manufactured before 2018 since 3G cellular networks retired last year. I had OEM remote start on 2016 ES 350 and it stopped working at that time. Newer ones are subscription based through Lexus Enform service. On my 2017 LS 460 I have aftermarket unit installed (https://www.***********.com/) and it works like a charm.

The DB3 remote start wires the same exact way and will work on 2007-2014 cars.... They can be found on eBay around $80 but, it's DIY only.
