Default Need Help hooked up battery cables in reverse

LIke an idiot today high on too much caffeine I hooked up battery cables backwards on my 2010 LS460 now I am getting all kinds of lights and problems. Car does start though but won't drive

I read elsewhere to check the main 120 fuse, Does anyone know where I could locate this fuse? Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help

The fuse box under hood holds many affected fuses. There should be a fuseable link driver side kick panel as well. A tedious process, but check all fuses. It could also affect the alternator. Bummer.

Have you tried erasing codes to identify permanent ones?

So I ran the tester on some fuses and leaving the what I believe is the Fusible link box it gets the full voltage but when I hooked it up to these three wires I get ZERO. From what I was reading about other cars theres fuses under here for the alternator etc...

Can anyone verify? or help?

Thanks

You might have to replace the entire box (at least, I believe that is the box) as it is not repairable when it fails.

It is possible, there was a thread about the fuse box that had to be replaced. I recommend checking it out.
