Smart Key won't pair to locks
 

I own a 2006 LS430, when I got the car I only got one key, and that key was stolen. I ordered a new key and was able to pair it to the ignition, however It wont connect to my locks so I have to use a physical key to unlock the car, was wondering if there's any fix for this without having to take to the dealer? Thank you.
