I think I searched for a little over a year before I finally found mine. There were of course certain criteria involved, color and mileage the usual stuff, but I was amazed how many cars showed unacceptable wear and tear on the ledge under the nav screen. I passed on a couple otherwise great cars for that one particular issue. Several cars looked like the owner(s) used that ledge as a french fry rack!
With the exception of the drivers seat this car appears to be in very good shape considering the mileage.
Price might be a tad high for that color… just my 1.5 cents.

I'm struggling to see this "rust" that y'all are referring to.
If you mean the distorted bit on the front right fender, then that looks like the reflection of a tree to me.
Why not contact the owner and clarify whether there is any rust there and maybe ask for a better quality photo of the fender?
Personally I'd be wary of it because of the non-standard wheels and high-ish mileage.
Doesn't means it's no good, but needs a detailed chat with the owner to find out their attitude towards maintenance, etc.

In the photo the chrome trim on that passenger front fender looks noticeably brighter than the rest on that side too and a little misaligned. I’d guess that passenger front fender has been repaired or replaced due to an accident and the paint or fix was was shoddy. Or possibly victim of a bad amateur fender roll job.

Go look at it in person. To me, that doesn’t not look like a rust spot. That looks like a reflection from tree branches. Never trust a car by the pics though, as I’ve learned to e hard way with my 430. Luckily it is mechanically sound joe after I’ve done a lot of work.
Seems like you could do better. I paid little more than that for a one owner car with 115k miles, though it was a 2002 and Mystic Gold (perhaps not as desirable a color for most). I'd think you could get one with under 150k miles, though it might be harder if you insist on a green car. Do you have a budget?
