Should be able to get it for around $1200. Some people will say buy your own parts but most shops don't want the hassle of dealing with that. Just make sure the shop uses the Aisin kit. Call around to find a local Toyota/Lexus/Japanese indy... there is nothing complicated about the timing belt service so a good tech shouldn't have any issues.
At that mileage, I'd want the belt, water pump, pulleys, tensioner, serp belt with pulley & tensioner, thermostat, coolant flush, new radiator hoses, and a front crank seal. Good time to check your valve cover gaskets, cam seals, spark plugs, etc while everything is apart. If the radiator hasn't been replaced, I'd do that also since it's cheap.
