Default Electrical Gremlins

Is anyone with the 03 model familiar with any electrical bugs. I just replaced my alternator about a month ago and had a tail light bulb go out a couple days ago so i replaced my taillight bulbs with oem recommended bulbs and now my battery light flashes on and of semi randomly. If my headlights are on and i step on the brakes the batt light comes on when i release the brakes it goes off, if i turn my brights on the battery light comes on and stays on for the duration of time my brights are on, i do have subwoofers installed and they haven't activated the battery light until i started have thia issue, but now if i turn on my subs my battery light flashes with the beat of the song. Im really hoping i dont have to rewire the car. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you

Could be a detective alternator. What kind did you get? Double check the wiring for loose connections and corrosion.
