Recently purchased a 04 LS430. No cold AC so I check the fuse and relay boxes and found the A/C COMP missing. Found on this forum that it's not required for the 04 Lexus, is this true? Also,is it normal for the other relays to be missing?

Both corner parking sensors don't work and I get the check sonar message as well but I'll look into that separately.
