Default [2005] Interior Rear "Courtesy" Light - LED replacement?

OK. This is a bit frustrating. I prefer to have red LED interior lights. In the front (dome & map lights), it's a no brainer as it allows you to provide light for a passenger or yourself without losing your night vision. Out of preference, I want to put them in the back, as well, because of the comparative brightness.

I did the deep dive and cannot find an LED equivalent for the bulb in the back. As a matter of fact, I couldn't even find a replacement incandescent bulb - not that I need one, I was just trying to understand the size, etc. The Lexus website is no help and every bulb finder site takes me to a bulb that will not fit the socket.

The base of the existing bulb reads "12v8W K" [then there's a long line leading to] "4H" - and when I use the Google I get rabbit-holed so I'm asking for help! (I know the 12V must refer to volts and the 8W must refer to watts, but every bulb I can find has the wrong kind of base.)

If you're thinking, "this guy knows nothing about amps and watts," you would be 100% correct, by the way.

Note that there's a great thread here [bit.ly link to Club Lexus post] https://bit.ly/37CIOtB but it doesn't seem to address the specific location I'm talking about. The image I put together should help - I hope.

Location: Above the rear door. (Not the rear vanity mirror/light - I circled it in the picture.)
- Inscription On base: "12V8W K" [then there's a long line leading to "4H"
- The bayonet contact points seem to be on the exact opposite sides and not offset.
- 2.7(ish) CM (27MM) long
- 1 CM (10MM) width of the base.

Thanks in advance for any guidance/suggestions! (Image follows.)

Thanks very much! Since I wanted red ones, I went to your link and copied "T4W Ba9s" and searched on that plus "red" at Amazon and found these beauties! They've already been delivered and installed. They are a *tad* dimmer than I'd hoped, but it's close enough to work. Attaching the image of the page as well as link to the page.

Again 02Legend - thanks!
