I'm not sure about the wiring harness, however, I have bought Navigation units on eBay with good results. You will have to search for old posts to find the details but the same part number is used for other Toyota models such as Highlander and Prius. Also, the 04 to 06 units are backwards compatible and will work in an 01 to 03. Good Luck.
